Our cakes

We are an american bakery based in Madrid with home delivery in Madrid and Barcelona.

We have been making stunning layer cakes, yummy cheesecakes and moisty brownies for the best spanish restaurants since 1993.

In 2021 we decided to reach the people. Coronavirus made imposible to go out for dinner and celebrate and life had to go on. Blowing the birthday candles, sharing a piece of cake and smiling for a while, people started to send our cakes, making people closer.

Fudge Cake: The best chocolate layer cake, moist and fudgy. In three different sizes: double layer with 8 portions or 12 portions and three layers with 20 portion markings.
Carrot Cake: Two layers of cake spiced with cinnamon and filled with cream cheese frosting.
Red Velvet Cake: The classic and iconic homemade Red Velvet Cake with its fluffy and soft velvety texture. Doble layer with 8 portions or XXL size with three layers and 20 portion markings.
Melting Cheesecake: Intensely creamy and supersmooth cheesecake.
NY Cheesecake: New York-style baked cheesecake with a cracker crust and an intense raspberry flavour.
Lemon Pie: With creamy lemon filling topped with Swiss meringue in a sweet and buttery pastry.
Chocolate Brownie: The most decadent, extra fudgy and dense brownies you’ve ever tasted.
Cheesecake Brownie: Rich, fudgy brownie marbled with swirls of creamy cheesecake.

There is nothing better than receiving a sweet surprise at home when you feel the need for someone you haven’t seen for a long time.

We deliver our cakes ready to eat in a nice kraft box with a yute cord. We care for the planet so we don’t use any plastic, our bakery is free of conservants and we move in electric bikes.

As soon as you have finished the order you will receive a confirmation mail so you can be sure that everything has been done correctly. We will send you another mail when the cake has been delivered but positively you will receive a touching phone call of your loved one right away 🙂
